Overlooking the village green in the heart of Winterton-on-Sea, a popular and pretty coastal village, this spacious semi-detached holiday property, adjoining the owners home, offers a welcoming break whatever the season. Take a short stroll to the sandy beach and Holme Dunes nature reserve, which has a 6-mile circular walk and affords sightings of the local seal colony. Fishing, day boat hire and sailing are found at Hickling, Martham and Filby Broads. Great Yarmouth is a fantastic day out for familys. Bewilderwood, the treetop adventure park and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, are just a short drive away. Golf and riding nearby. Beach 600 yards. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

We had a wonderful stay at Eastwyn and hope to return at some point. The cottage itself is very comfortable with a lovely little garden at the front where we enjoyed sitting out for meals and watching and listening to the birds. The beach is just a 5 minute stroll away and it is a gorgeous one! Although we visited in Summer, we still saw the odd seal bobbing up from the waves. The chippy is really high quality but we wouldn't recommend the village pub for food, which is pricey and not great. There's a cornershop, PO and seaside cafe to meet all basic needs and many farm shops, supermarkets, etc nearby for everything else. Lisa, the cottage owner, lives next door and is really lovely- happy to have a natter or completely leave you to it, whatever works for you. Highly recommended!
