Take a short stroll to the sandy beach and Holme Dunes nature reserve, which has a 6-mile circular walk and affords sightings of the local seal colony. Fishing, day boat hire and sailing are found at Hickling, Martham and Filby Broads. Great Yarmouth is a fantastic day out for familys. Bewilderwood, the treetop adventure park and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, are just a short drive away. Golf and riding nearby. Beach 600 yards. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

We spent a relaxing 4 nights in Eastwyn looked after by our lovely host Lisa. The home is roomy, comfortable, dog friendly and spotlessly clean. We have visited Winterton on Sea before and enjoyed long walks on the beach and dunes with our 2 Spaniels. Now we were able to do so without having to drive anywhere. The house has a central location in the village with a shop, Post Office, Pub, and Fish and Chip shop just around the corner. Together with the Cafes on the beach car park we did not go hungry. A wonderful relaxing break.

A lovely well appointed cottage right in the heart of a small village, a ten minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple of a certain age and their water loving Labrador!Lisa the landlady lives next door and recommended a couple of great places to visit for lunch.
