Private parking at rear; additional parking in public car park (5 yards away). No smoking.. Gorleston-on-Sea, a wonderful traditional seaside resort with an excellent sandy beach. This stylish town house boasts a light, bright and contemporary finish, thoughtfully prepared and equipped to offer a great holiday home. French doors open into an enclosed garden with seating furniture at the rear. The house is set opposite the harbour, over which it boasts commanding views from the Juliet balcony in the living room, an ideal spot to enjoy the arriving ships visiting Gorleston.
Just 550 yards walking distance is the wonderful sandy beach and its amenities. Gorleston beach is a bay with a wide curving sandy beach with ramp access, a yacht pond and children’s splashpad. There are shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, a local theatre, sailing club and amusements. The beach is dog friendly, and offers great walks along the promenade, on the beach and upper levels, or join the weekend park run along the prom.
The town centre offers plenty of shops and restaurants, and there are more ameniites withing a 1000 yards. For more lively seaside family fun, visit Great Yarmouth, with plenty to entertain, from amusements and arcades to circus shows. Why not have a day out at Pleasurewood Hills family theme park, alternatively golf clubs can be borrowed for any golfers wanting to play at the local Gorleston golf club. Shopaholics head to Norwich City, 40 minutes’ drive away, where you will be spoilt for shopping, a market square, a cathedral, castle museum, plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs. The famous Norfolk Broads National Park is just 30 minutes’ drive, with over 125 miles of waterways, abundant with bird and wildlife.
The waterways are best explored by boat, hourly river trips and daily boat hire available, and plenty of riverside eateries available to enjoy. Beach 550 yards. Pub and restaurants 300 yards. Shops 1000 yards.

This was a perfect house and location for my husband and I. Great house and loved having it all to ourselves, great location and views were amazing- loved watching the big boats coming in !

We had such a lovely stay. The house felt so homey. It was a perfect spot for all the amenities and a stone's throw from the beach. We watched the ships and boats go by.If you like to walk, G. Yarmouth and Hopton aren't too far. We enjoyed the walk to both. Gorleston-on-Sea beach is a hidden gem, with its sandy beach. We will definitely be going back.

Really enjoyed our time at harbour view villa everything was perfect the cottage was a proper home from home you could tell it was a loving family home it was very clean and tidy and had everything you would need to have a lovely holiday all the home comforts it was in a nice area very quiet there was loads of pubs and restaurants in the area and amusements for kids i dont drive so on the high street there are buses that take you to great yarmouth and other places so you dont need to drive so its easy to get around plus the views of the harbour seeing the boats go past is great so if you are looking for a home from home with loads of things to do then look no further me and my kids had a great time
