Parking for 2 cars. 2 well behaved dogs will be accepted, please be aware that the garden fence is only 3 foot high and may not be suitable for larger breeds of dog. No smoking.. Perfect for friends and families alike, with plenty to do and see on the doorstep. Situated on the edge of the quiet village of Rollesby close to the sandy beaches along the east coast and within the Broads National Park, so you have the best of both worlds on your doorstep. Surrounded by open countryside, the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Nearby routes include the Weavers Way and the National Cycle Route 30 that runs along the coast. After an action packed day exploring return to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or simply relax and enjoy the famous big open skies.
Furnished and equipped to offer a warm welcome at any time of year. It is set all on the ground floor level making a perfect choice for young families and friends holidaying together, having an en-suite bathroom, and an en-suite shower room to each bedroom. Within a 15-minute drive away are the famous Norfolk Broads with the villages of Potter Heigham, Horning and Wroxham offering daily river trips, boat hire, shops, riverside pubs, cafés and restaurants. For children, a day out to Bewilderwood at Horning and Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade is a must. The traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth is 8 miles away, with its amusements, pleasure beach that offers thrill rides galore, a wide sandy beach, waxworks, pitch and putt, leisure centre with an indoor fun pool and town centre with shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
Thrigby Wildlife Park, 4 miles, offers a chance to see exotic animals up close, including a tree walk where you can look right down into the tiger enclosure, 10 minutes’ drive to the vintage car museum and castle ruins at Caister on Sea. The medieval city of Norwich a shoppers delight, 18 miles, offers a stunning Norman castle to explore along with numerous museums, cinemas, theatre, excellent shopping, two indoor shopping malls and plenty of restaurants, cafés and pubs. Further afield is the Royal Sandringham Estate and museum, 60 miles, and Suffolk with its heritage coastline. Eateries and shop 1 mile.

The location is excellent to use as a base for exploring the area. With easy access to Great Yarmouth, the Broads and the coast line. The property is well maintained, clean, and is nicely furnished. Also being on one level no stairs to negotiate. The only slight downside is access to the property it’s quite a walk from the car parking area to the front door. Overall it’s a very nice property and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Really comfortable cottage - ideal for us as a couple and our two little dogs. Two bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes (so everything tidy) two en-suites - very convenient!A small but fully formed kitchen with ample plates etc etc - even a cafeteria plus a coffee machine and pods.Private little garden with hot tub opening onto a larger communal green lawn.We certainly enjoyed the cottage, its rural setting.Owner very amenable to my questions prior to arrival - fabulousCertainly would recommend, and if ever considering another Norfolk holiday, we would return here without a doubt.
