Lily Broad Cottage is highly praised for its peaceful and quiet location, cleanliness, and the addition of a hot tub. Guests appreciate the welcoming touches, such as a hamper and dog treats, and commend the property for being well-equipped and comfortable. The enclosed garden is a hit with pet owners, and the cottage's proximity to attractions is noted. Some minor suggestions for improvement are mentioned, but overall, guests are very satisfied and often recommend the property.
Guests consistently describe the cottage as very clean, indicating high standards of cleanliness. There are no negative comments about cleanliness, suggesting that it is well-maintained.
The location is frequently described as quiet and peaceful, with easy access to local attractions. The proximity to Great Yarmouth and the Broads is a plus, although one guest mentioned it might not be ideal for reactive dogs due to the fence height.
The cottage is repeatedly referred to as comfortable and cosy, with a well-equipped setup. However, one guest suggested the addition of a chest of drawers and mirror in the main bedroom for added convenience.
Facilities like the hot tub are a highlight, though there were comments about it not being warm enough on the first night. The property is well-equipped, but a guest mentioned the absence of a clock and kitchen scales, and another noted the hot tub's noise.
The welcome hamper and dog treats are frequently mentioned and appreciated, indicating thoughtfulness by the owners. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this score reflects the positive reception without setting an expectation.
