Little Tern is a well-received cottage in Great Yarmouth, praised for its lovely accommodation, homely feel, and proximity to beach walks. Guests appreciate the friendly owners and the enclosed garden, though parking can be challenging. The property is ideal for families, couples, and dog owners seeking a peaceful holiday with local amenities and great walks nearby.
The cottage is consistently described as clean, with a particularly noted clean and modern bathroom. No negative comments about cleanliness suggest high standards are maintained.
The location is highly regarded for its closeness to dunes, beach, and local amenities. The village setting is appreciated, although parking is mentioned as a minor inconvenience.
Comfort is well-received with the property described as cosy, warm, and homely. A small main bedroom and a low sofa for those with mobility issues are the only comfort-related drawbacks mentioned.
Facilities are generally praised, including a well-equipped kitchen and enclosed garden. However, the non-working wood burner and parking difficulties slightly affect the score.
The owners are considered helpful and accommodating, with mentions of a warm welcome. Gifts like flowers and wine are appreciated, though it's noted that such gestures are a bonus and not guaranteed.
