Norfolk is renowned for the Norfolk Broads and throughout this man made waterway you can enjoy canoeing or kayaking. Boat Hire is also available from Wroxham, Beccles or Brundall. Bird watchers will be delighted with the number of nature reserves throughout the region including Cley Marshes, Hickling Broads, Snettisham, Strumpshaw and Minsmere. Fishing is also available locally. A short drive east and you will arrive on the Suffolk Heritage Coast or the Norfolk Heritage Coast. With sandy beaches, sand dunes, seal colonies and several piers there really is something for everyone. Beach 8 miles. pub and restaurant 100 yards.

It was amazing to wake up with that gorgeous view each morning. We loved feeding the ducks from the decking and seeing the stars at night. Such a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. Lizzie was very helpful and a brilliant host.

Very peaceful and relaxing river setting with all amenities you need very comfortable beds lovely welcome pack. The owner Lizzy was extremely welcoming and helpful nothing was too much. Lovely watching the boats go by and the wildlife.
