Couple of minor issues. Which Lizzy solved immediately. Would recommend this place 100%, but be aware no shops in 5 miles. Setting was so relaxing, we would return any time we planned to be in the area. Thank you again Lizzy.

Excellent little hideaway, quite location with the beautiful river flowing by. Great point to explore from and the pub is within walking distance but if you want shops and takeaways etc you will have to drive 10-15 mins. Some lovely walks to be had from the boatyard and if you like nature then you’re in for a treat. Chinese water deer surround the local fields and one night we saw an otter on the river bank plus a fox strolling through the yard. The house itself is well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The priory restaurant is worth a look for the all you can eat breakfast, and the The bell pub has a good selection on the menu. All in all, a great base for exploring the southern broads.
