This delightful spacious holiday property with a large enclosed garden, set just 0.5 miles from the bustling seafront at Gorleston-on-Sea, provides a wonderful venue for a family holiday and all year round breaks, boasting a glorious sandy beach and promenade, ideal for enjoying a spot of walking or cycling or sampling the delightful tea shops. The area also offers many attractions including thrilling rides at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Fritton Lake Country World and Oulton Broad for boat trips. The quaint harbours of the North Norfolk Coast and the wonderful medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, museums and galleries are all an easy drive. Shop and pub 0.75 miles.

Lovely house. Very well equipped. Owners have thought of everything, a family would need, while on hols.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was second to none. It feels like a home from home. The only small negative was the rather busy road but this was much quieter in the evening and at night and the house is set well back from the road. There is a generous driveway with space for at least 2 cars. The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with pretty borders. It is very private with high fences all round. There were plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery etc. Also a good assortment of pots and pans. There was a lovely welcome basket with bucks fizz, biscuits, tea and coffee. Also books, dvds, toys and games for both adults and kids. The owners really have put a lot of thought and love into this property. It was a joy to stay there and we hope to visit again.
