Positioned on a cliff above the sea, within a short walk of the beach, this charming semi-detached bungalow, with its magnificent sea views from the living room, and from the garden a view of Happisburgh Church, provides the ideal holiday accommodation for any time of year. It is situated on a private estate and there are footpaths leading from the property, ideal for dog walking. Wroxham is 10 miles, offering daily boat trips which is a good way to experience the beauty of The Broads. Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling, walking and woodland picnics. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are just a short drive away with over 32 acres of outstanding gardens. Cromer and Sheringham, 14 miles. Alternatively spend a day in the cathedral city of Norwich. There is something for all the family to enjoy. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Great location with uninterrupted sea views. Beach in walking distance. Comfortable. Lots of little touches like tea and coffee, shower gel, hand wash, welcome wine and sweets. Good communication by owner. Only one comment, TV could do with updating to a smart TV with catch up.

Perfect location if you have dogs. Empty and clean beach only five minutes’ walk away from the bungalow. The bungalow was fully equipped, very warm even without us having to turn the heating up in October. We would 100% recommend. Many thanks for letting us stay.
