Lily's cottage was in a lovely location and in a perfect place to explore the surrounding areas and we visited some lovely places. The cottage itself was modern, clean inside and well equipped. It was lovely to arrive to a nice warm cottage and on arrival there was a welcome package which was a very nice gesture. The spoiler for us and we couldn't stay there again was the sofa was so uncomfortable. It was hard and lacked padding on the seats, it had like a PVC feel to it and consequently the back support cushions constantly slipped off. It really was awful. The outside decking was in need of cleaning. It was quite mucky which the dog was treading into the cottage, so not very hygienic. The hot water was dangerously hot which any one with young children need to be aware of.
