Set in a traditional Broadland village, the local pub serving good food and a shop are within 100 yards. Cycle hire, Hickling Water Trail, fishing, boat hire and Potter Heigham, all within 3 miles. Sandy beach with bathing 5 miles. Norwich 18 miles. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

Rose cottage is a lovely cosy thatched cottage, near the broads, beaches and lots of woodland walks. Fully enclosed large garden great for dogs. Local pub good home cooked meals.
