Sandy beach with bathing 5 miles. Norwich 18 miles. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

Rose Cottage is a perfect base for the broads. Very cosy little cottage and has everything you could possibly need and the garden is wonderful for dogs to run round. Great also that the pub and shop are so close by which is very handy.
