Guests generally enjoyed their stay at Twin Oaks, praising its peaceful setting, private hot tub, and the convenience of ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. The property's layout was well-suited for families and the beds were particularly comfortable. Some minor issues were noted regarding the Japanese bath and outdoor cleanliness.
The property was described as very clean, with hand soap provided at every sink. However, some guests mentioned the need for TLC and cleaning of outdoor areas, including cobwebs and bird droppings on the furniture.
The location was found to be ideal for accessing local attractions, seaside, Norfolk Broads, and Norwich. It was also within easy driving distance of supermarkets and a garden centre.
The beds received high praise for comfort, and the property's layout was appreciated for accommodating a multi-generational family group. However, one guest found the downstairs sofa less comfortable.
Facilities like the private hot tub and shared swimming pool were highlights, but some guests had issues with the Japanese bath and incomplete board games. The gas barbecue and well-equipped kitchen were positives.
While guests appreciated the amenities and layout of the property, there were no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Only had good on amenities as restaurant only open 3 days while we were there but travelled half to three quarter hour to find Gaston pubs and supermarkets. Also comfort and equipment only good due to Japanese bath , as it was very hard to use for a toddler and members of our family that have short statue. But overall all family members very happy and really enjoyed our stay ,especially with balconies and hot tub that was an added bonus to enjoy. Once again thank you for a great time .
