Tucked away in a quiet spot in pretty Burnham Market, Perrystone Cottage is a superb option for families or groups of friends that are looking for a stylish, spacious retreat with luxurious touches and wonderful attention to the details. This superb home-from-home is only a short walk away from the village green, independent shops, and the restaurants, for which Burnham Market is renowned.
Within, you'll find an excellent range of living spaces where different needs are well catered for. Including an open-plan garden room that adjoins the garden and kitchen, a sitting room with the baby grand piano, a quiet study and the dining conservatory. The kitchen sits centrally on the ground floor and it forms the natural hub of the property, giving guests excellent equipment and amenities, along with a breakfast bar and an additional dining area. Much thought and care has been put into the preparation of the house and into how a guest will be able to enjoy their stay and this underlying quality pervades all of Perrystone Cottage.
Five comfortable bedrooms await, offering a good range of beds, all of which are on the first floor. The jewel in the crown is the master bedroom suite that has been appointed with a super-king sized bed, roll top bath and a quiet mezzanine level. This is an exceptional bedroom and perfect for a special treat. The remaining rooms offer a mix of super-king and single beds and have access to an en suite shower room and the master bathroom. Please note that the cabin room is only suitable for two children.
The enclosed, south facing rear garden offers an attractive combination of lawn and dining space that diners, children, dogs or sun bathers will find equally appealing in this private, secure area. Under the pergola, you have a large dining area that has great access to the nearby kitchen, so the wine fridge never needs to be out of reach! Protected on all sides, the garden acts a suntrap, allowing groups to relax long into the evening. Parking for five cars is also provided by the off-road parking to the front of the property, with the green only being a couple minutes’ walk from the front gate.
The owners allow rented hot tubs via Norfolk Spa & Leisure. The Hot Tub Charge of £50 is only applicable if a hot tub is being rented during the stay. It does not cover the rental of the hot tub, only the cost of the electricity and water that is required.

A fantastic week at Perrystone Cottage celebrating a family birthday. Perfect size for three generations and caters for all age groups. The cottage is tastefully presented and packed with everything to make a successful and comfortable holiday. The garden is beautiful and well laid out. Thank you for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our time at Perrystone Cottage â it had everything we needed and was an amazing place to spend Christmas. It was well equipped and in a superb location, allowing us to see Burnham Market in all its glory and be back home in two minutes! After long dog walks and trips in the sea this was the perfect place to come back to, and weâd love to come again. Thank you.
