Ideal for families or small groups of friends, Lark House has been designed to work harmoniously with its beautiful surroundings. Perfect for groups of up to six people, Lark House embodies luxury, comfort and convenience. You will arrive to find a stunning village setting, stylish interiors and everything you need for a ‘home from home’, plus some extra treats.

There are four bedrooms in the house, three downstairs and a master bedroom suite upstairs. Each luxurious and beautifully decorated room has its own character and style. Upstairs, the exposed beams and windows at either side of the double height drawing room create a beautiful sense of space and light where you can take in the village views.

The large downstairs kitchen and dining space has the perfect ambiance for happy meal times. There is a Nespresso machine. The French doors open onto the terrace for alfresco dining. There is a separate, fully equipped utility room.

Lark House two marble tiled bathrooms. One is a large downstairs shower room and the other an en-suite with a bath. There is also a mezzanine reading room in the rafters which is the ideal place for quiet reflection.

There is a large enclosed garden with a terrace and lawn that are wonderful for BBQs and games (Weber BBQ). At the front of the house there is a gated gravel drive with space for three cars.

Full-size bunk beds with side table and lamp, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The large picture window looks over the front garden.
Double Bedroom:
Beautifully presented with double iron and brass bed with side tables, lamps, built-in wardrobes and views over the rear garden.
Shower Room:
Newly fitted suite with marble floor and tiles, large walk-in corner power shower, corner wash hand basin, WC and recessed lighting.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
A beautiful double aspect room with a hand-painted bespoke farmhouse style kitchen with cup handles wooden worktops and twin Belfast sinks with drainer. There is a large oak table with matching chairs to seat 8 people. There is also a flat screen TV with built-in DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and induction hob with extractor, integrated dishwasher and Dualit toaster.
There are exposed beams and a pretty dresser unit, French doors lead onto the decked terrace at the rear with table and chairs to seat 8 for 'Al-fresco' dining. Doors lead off the kitchen to the Utility room and from the Dining area to a Double bedroom.
Utility Room:
There is a 60/40 Fridge/Freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and stainless steel single bowl sink. Half glazed external door leading to the front driveway.
Double Bedroom:
Beautifully presented with double iron and brass bed with side tables with lamps and built-in wardrobes and views over the rear garden.
First Floor:
Sitting Room:
A stunning and spacious dual aspect room with double height vaulted ceiling and French doors to the 'Juliet' balcony. There are wonderful exposed beams, recessed lighting and a large central fireplace with wood burning stove and tiled hearth. Beautifully furnished with bespoke furniture including large comfy sofa, arm chairs and occasional chairs, stylish coffee tables with lamps and an ottoman. A wonderful place to sit and relax looking out onto the garden or to enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with Sky package including Sky Movies, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers.
Master Bedroom:
Luxury master bedroom with King size bed, bedside tables and lamps with chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. Door to the en-suite bathroom.
En-suite Bathroom:
A perfect place to relax in this luxurious en-suite room with roll-top bath with mixer taps and shower attachment, WC and twin wash hand basins. There is also a towel rail and a dressing table with mirror.
Mezzanine Snug:
Lovely mezzanine area accessed via a staircase leading from the Sitting room, the perfect place to chill-out away from it all on the large comfy sofa. There is also a desk and a chair.
Outside:
The front of Lark House offers plenty of off-road parking for approximately three cars.
The rear garden is wonderfully spacious with decked terrace leading from the Kitchen/Dining Room. There is teak outdoor furniture seating eight with a large parasol - an ideal place to enjoy a Bar-be-que. Steps lead onto the fully enclose garden with raised lawn, attractive borders and variety of trees and shrubs.
Please Note:
Due to the exceptionally high standard that Lark House has been refurbished to, whilst the house will accommodate eight guests the owners have requested that a maximum of six guests stay at any time.
