Thoughtfully curated, the downstairs comprises of a spacious kitchen well-equipped to cater for dining in, an inviting sitting room featuring a charming wood burning stove for extra warmth and ambient light, the option of two places to dine in the breakfast area or the dining room, an additional snug with a selection of books, a delightful conservatory with bi-fold doors to the garden and a fantastic games room with pool table and table football. Also located on the ground floor, bedroom three with an en-suite bathroom is ideal for less mobile guests, or those who prefer a bit more privacy. Upstairs, two further bedrooms are beautifully presented. The double aspect master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a double bed, and features a Juliet balcony with garden views. The Warren is a fantastic holiday home. Really spacious which is perfect for a holiday with grandparents. En-suites in every bedroom is great. The games room with pool table was a lovely bonus too. Garden large and really quiet. 5 mins walk to the beach on paths not on the road. Would definitely stay again.

This was a return visit and we have booked again for next year. Perfect house and garden for 3 generations and a dog. Proximity to the beach a big plus. Games room well used. Ensuites in all bedrooms appreciated.

We absolutely loved staying at The Warren over Christmas. The house was clean, comfortable and very well supplied with everything we needed. The generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The location is wonderful, just 5 min walk to the beach.
