Thoughtfully curated, the downstairs comprises of a spacious kitchen well-equipped to cater for dining in, an inviting sitting room featuring a charming wood burning stove for extra warmth and ambient light, the option of two places to dine in the breakfast area or the dining room, an additional snug with a selection of books, a delightful conservatory with bi-fold doors to the garden and a fantastic games room with pool table and table football. Also located on the ground floor, bedroom three with an en-suite bathroom is ideal for less mobile guests or those who prefer a bit more privacy. Upstairs, three further bedrooms are beautifully presented. The double aspect master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a double bed and features a Juliet balcony with garden views. Bedroom two also has a double bed, enjoys garden views and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Fun is at the forefront of bedroom four, as children will love sharing in a sleepover with twin beds and a bunk bed available. These beds are full size meaning they are also suitable for adults. A further en-suite shower room serves this bedroom. A good sized family bathroom boasting a free-standing roll top bath completes this floor. Outside, the fully enclosed wrap around garden is a safe place for supervised children and dogs to play. There's a very regular and reliable bus service that runs all along the coast road, ideal for one-way walks or car-free exploring.
