Offering accommodation options for four guests (or six or ten),The Warren is perfect for family and friends looking for a special and unique hideaway by the beach. Thoughtfully curated, the downstairs comprises of a spacious kitchen well-equipped to cater for dining in, an inviting sitting room featuring a charming wood burning stove for extra warmth and ambient light, the option of two places to dine in the breakfast area or the dining room, an additional snug with a selection of books, a delightful conservatory with bi-fold doors to the garden, and a fantastic (optional) games room with pool table and table football. Also located on the ground floor, bedroom three with an en-suite bathroom is ideal for less mobile guests, or those who prefer a bit more privacy. Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a double bed and features a Juliet balcony with garden views. Outside, the fully enclosed, wrap around garden is a safe place for supervised children and dogs to play. There are several seating and terraced areas to choose from for enjoying a glass of wine as delicious food sizzles on the barbecue. There's a very regular and reliable bus service that runs all along coast road, ideal for one-way walks or car-free exploring.

The Warren is a fantastic holiday home. Really spacious which is perfect for a holiday with grandparents. En-suites in every bedroom is great. The games room with pool table was a lovely bonus too. Garden large and really quiet. 5 mins walk to the beach on paths not on the road. Would definitely stay again.

This was a return visit and we have booked again for next year. Perfect house and garden for 3 generations and a dog. Proximity to the beach a big plus. Games room well used. Ensuites in all bedrooms appreciated.

We absolutely loved staying at The Warren over Christmas. The house was clean, comfortable and very well supplied with everything we needed. The generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The location is wonderful, just 5 min walk to the beach.
