Not only is this large property a delightfully light and airy two storey hideaway, it has an inviting enclosed garden with an outdoor eating area - with gas and charcoal barbecues! - which accommodates all your guests for sundowners and al fresco dining, plus ample parking for six or seven cars behind the electric gates. On arriving in the light-flooded entrance hall, the feature staircase is ready to sweep you upstairs to the four first floor bedrooms, three with king-size beds, and one with a double, ensuring a good night's sleep. There is one luxury Jack and Jill shower room between two of the bedrooms, and the other two share a splendid family bathroom with slipper bath, separate shower and twin wash basins. A further two bedrooms are nestled in on the ground floor living quarters - one a king-size with an en-suite shower and the other the bunk room (for children) with access directly opposite to a large family shower room. A demonstration of open-plan living at its best, the kitchen flows on to the dining room area and first sitting area and also opens up via double doors to the enclosed garden, while there is a separate, more formal sitting room which also has double doors spilling on the garden. Both seating areas are uber comfortable, have Smart televisions and surround sound AV systems. There is an out-of-the-way separate utility room for the washing machine and tumble dryer and the garage houses a games room (details TBC) and the EV charger.

Hungate Lodge is a short walk from the vibrant amenities the seaside town of Old Hunstanton has to offer, including excellent independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and fish 'n' chips. The energetic will love being able to paddle board, surf and kite surf - Old Hunstanton has arguably the best kite surfing beach in the UK! Hunstantanton Golf Club, rated as one of Britain & Ireland's 'Top 100' courses, with its rolling fairways nestling in a stunning landscape of dunes and links grasses provides striking views in both summer and winter, is a stone's throw from the property and the Norfolk Coast Path can be joined from the front door. If you want to chill out, simply spend the day on the beautiful sandy beach and play hide and seek in the sand dunes, dipping in and out of the sea with a locally-sourced picnic. Hungate Lodge is a superb base from which to explore the North Norfolk Coast and to visit Sandringham and some of the National Trust's flagship country homes and estates - if, and only if, you can tear yourself away from the beach!
