The location is stunning. The photos really don’t do justice to the setting. Church View is spacious and well equipped. The use of the lovely garden was welcome. We could walk to the beach. the bus service was very good. Old Hunstanton is picture postcard pretty.The Wi-Fi wasn’t powerful enough to provide effective streaming of audio or video and the toilets are on the floor below the bedrooms which matter to some people

Clean and spacious, and in a very peaceful location. However, a lot of things need updating, e.g. bath, shower, and kitchen units, which makes it much less than comfortable than it should be.
