This inviting single-storey cottage, 5b Hideways, is one of a group of four, located a short walk from the seafront in the West Norfolk seaside town of Hunstanton. This traditional cottage is equipped to a high standard, with lovely oak beams, bright contemporary furnishings, and a spacious open-plan living area with plush leather sofas, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a shared central courtyard with seating, suitable for relaxing with a morning coffee before you spend a busy day exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. A short walk will guide you towards the beach and a host of funfair amusements, along with Hunstanton town centre, with shops, tea rooms and a theatre with traditional shows.
Spend a day visiting the Queen's estate at Sandringham or the RSPB sites at Titchwell and Snettisham. Explore the attractive north Norfolk coastline offering quaint former fishing villages, the attractive harbour of Wells-next-the-Sea, or Holkham Hall with wonderful grounds suitable for summer picnics. On the western side of the East Norfolk Coastline is the award-winning seaside community of Hunstanton, also known as Sunny Hunny, which is recognised for its breathtaking ocean sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful holiday resort for families. The seashore with promenade includes bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade Gardens, theatre, clean, sandy beaches, donkey rides, and sea tours in an amphibious vessel in addition to rock and candyfloss booths, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, and bowling. Numerous events are hosted throughout the year in the town, and on Sunday afternoons a band frequently plays at the bandstand on the green next to the beach, serenading visitors and sunbathers. You come across the vividly coloured cliff walls with intriguing rock pools as you go along the beach in the direction of Old Hunstanton. Along with kite and wind surfers, sunbathers frequent the beach at Old Hunstanton. A wide range of attractions, including NT properties, market towns, and flint villages, are located within a 20-mile radius and have plenty to offer every member of the family.

The location is absolutely spot onâyou feel properly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet you are only a short walk from the seafront and the town centre. âThe property itself was spotless and very well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a self-catering break, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day walking along the cliffs. It was lovely to have such a cosy base to come back to. Weâve already recommended it to friends and will definitely look to book again next time we head to the Norfolk coast. Highly recommended!

Sadly it's getting a bit tired, with various things broken. I notice these were commented on by other guests a year ago but not fixed. Most not major, but please change the mattress!!

Spotlessly clean and exactly as listed. Only issue was with the mattress in the double room, where the springs sounded like Zeberdee every time my husband got out of bed - clearly needs replacing - otherwise all good. No issues as mentioned previously with the shower.
