Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Previous reviews mention screens at the large window in the bedroom allowing daylight into the room early in the morning. There is now an electric blackout blind from floor to ceiling which solves the issue. We too really enjoyed watching the wildlife in the garden. There is a very reliable bus service from Old Hunstanton to Kings Lynn and along the coast in the other direction. The beach and beach cafe are close by, perfect for an afternoon stroll. We 100% recommend the Pump House.
