The bungalow was very clean, fully equipped and well presented and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the outside space due to the wet weather. It would have been helpful to have had the instructions readily available for the oven and dishwasher at the beginning of our stay. We found these on our last day in the side board draw in the lounge! We felt the single bed mattresses could do with replacing they were very springy, squeaky and not that comfortable. To aid with recycling, another bin in kitchen would have been useful to separate general waste from recyclable waste. Apart from these, we enjoyed our stay, the property was well located for visiting attractions in the local area and we would stay again and recommend this property to others.

Great for the dog to play outside safely. Nice, clean and well kept. Welcome pack was a lovely touch and appreciated. Walking distance to sea front and good base to explore Norfolk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There is a small field / nature area just a 3 minute walk from the property - advisable to keep your dog on a lead as there are ducks - also found charmingly waddling around the estate - and deer in the woods. Woodpecker is perfectly situated within easy reach of many attractions and is well kept and clean with with good facilities in the property. Comfort in the property is generally really good although we personally found the beds to be a little soft and the corner suite in the living room ‘dipped’ on some of the seating cushions. We appreciated the welcome pack on arrival which was very thoughtful. Overall, this is a great place to stay, very cosy, homely and in a lovely peaceful area.
