Situated just a mile from the breathtaking Brancaster Beach, a tranquil nature reserve, and its golf course, this property is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts. The beach offers stunning views, while the nature reserve invites guests to explore its diverse wildlife and landscapes. For golf lovers, the nearby course provides an exceptional place to enjoy the sport amidst spectacular scenery. The property is well-placed for guests who wish to leave their cars parked up and explore on foot. The charming village is just a short walk via a pedestrian pathway, to pubs serving good food, and a seafood shop selling freshly caught produce. Brancaster Beach is beautiful year-round and offers both a sunny retreat and bracing walks.
There are a series of nature reserves to explore, including the rspb-managed Titchwell Marsh, whose reed beds and lagoons are home to nesting avocets, marsh harriers and bitterns. From the little harbour at Brancaster Staithe, boats run to Scolt Head Island, also a bird sanctuary and nature reserve. Bustling Burnham Market is 5 minutes drive for a unique mix of boutique and antique shops and eateries. Further along the coast are the seal colonies at Blakeney Point, the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton has striped cliffs and, a sandy beach full of rock pools at low tide. Many stately homes to visit, including Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and the Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum.

We spent a wonderful Christmas period here as a family. 6 adults and 4 children with an age range of 2 to 14. The accomodation is extremely spacious and worked well for everyone. As Grandparents we used the annex with access via a lift its fantastic for anyone who likes their own space. The kitchens are extremely well equiped. Cooking Christmas dinner for ten was made easier with the 3 ovens and microwave. While 2 dishwashers was a bonus. The large lounge easily accomodated us all for playing games etc and we were all able to eat together at the very large table. The weather was too cold to use the balcony/BBQ space. This would be brilliant in warmer weather. I contacted the owner a couple of time and reveived very quick and helpful responses. We have no hesitation in recommending Sanderllings.

Absolutely stunning location matched only by the beautiful home this place offers.The home offers absolutely amazing facilities, Great amenities close by with amazing choice of beach locations.Very toddler friendly upstairs living space which our twin boys loved, especially the huge window looking out over the fields and sea.Amazing visit and we will be coming back in the future.

The house was exactly as described and was lovely to stay in. We especially loved that all the bedrooms were en-suite and the water presure was excellent. Thank you. Its a lovely place to stay and well be back!
