The cottage was excellent , and in a good position for the coast or countryside. Well equipped and clean and comfortable even the dog was catered for, the one little niggle was the garden was not fully enclosed at the side and front so we had to be aware of where the dog was in the garden at all times . The owner was aware of water works being done while we were there and supplied us with plenty of bottled water even though in the end we didn't need it.

We instantly felt at home at the Snuff Box cottage. It's so relaxing to stay here. It has everything you could possibly need at hand. The new shower is fantastic and it's missed already! The owners are really friendly and made us feel very welcome (including our rescue Staffy who loved the garden - there is also a sports field nearby if your dog is well behaved). The village itself is served by a local mini Morrison's shop but there are plenty of larger supermarkets within 10 minutes drive too. There is also a great bus service that runs every 20 minutes into King's Lynn which is fab if you want to leave your car behind for the day to visit the shops and historic attractions. We didn't risk the ferry over from West Lynn as it was very windy but definitely one to try next time! Snettisham and Heacham beaches are dog friendly and only 20 minutes drive. Altogether, a great area to stay and a great change from the usual North coast tourist areas. Really enjoyed it! Many thanks!
