Cromer Holiday Home offers a welcoming place to settle into coastal life, tucked just beyond the lively heart of Cromer and perfectly placed for exploring this much-loved Norfolk seaside town on foot. Well-suited for families or friends, this spacious house makes it easy to arrive, unpack, and start enjoying everything the area has to offer without the need to keep hopping in and out of the car. The layout flows naturally from room to room, creating a home that works well for shared stays. At the front of the house, the living room provides a comfortable space to gather, with open-tread stairs adding character and leading the eye through to the rest of the home.
This space opens through to the dining area at the rear, making it easy to move between relaxing, eating and socialising. The kitchen is generously sized and designed for real holiday living, whether that’s quick breakfasts before heading out or leisurely evening meals enjoyed together. A handy cloakroom sits on the ground floor, along with a small conservatory that opens onto a private courtyard garden, a lovely spot for a quiet coffee or a moment of fresh air. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer flexible arrangements for families or mixed groups. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and provides a calm place to unwind at the end of the day.
Two further twin bedrooms make the property ideal for children or friends sharing, with one benefiting from its own en-suite shower and basin. The family bathroom is modern and well-appointed, giving everyone space to start and end the day comfortably. WiFi is available throughout the house, and one dog is welcome, with additional pets considered on request. Cromer itself is full of character and seaside charm as the iconic pier stretches out over the sea and is home to traditional shows and stunning coastal views. Stroll along the promenade, browse independent shops, or enjoy fish and chips by the shore as the waves roll in.
There is also Cromer Lifeboat Station at the end of the pier that is open most days with a viewing gallery also. For a great trip take a boat trip to see the seals. For a change of pace, Wroxham opens the door to the Norfolk Broads, where boating, wildlife and peaceful waterways create a very different kind of day out. Norwich offers another contrast entirely, with its striking cathedral, historic streets, lively markets and excellent shopping and dining scene. Cromer Holiday Home is a place where days are shaped by sea air, town life and shared experiences, making it a fantastic base for discovering the many sides of Norfolk, whatever the season.
The popular North Norfolk seaside town of Cromer is known for its wonderful clifftop promenade, with attractive, colourful gardens and seating areas ideally placed for enjoying the stunning panoramic views over the sea. Cromer has a lovely, sandy Blue Flag beach where both children and adults can spend hours building sand castles, swimming, sunbathing or investigating the tidal pools in search of interesting sea creatures, which include young Cromer crabs. Cromer is proud of its beautiful Victorian pier, offering theatre shows, a museum and an rnli lifeboat station, which is open to visitors and where you can learn about Cromer’s long lifeboat history. The town centre offers a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, public houses and amusements, while local golf courses can be found at Cromer, Sheringham and West Runton. This part of North Norfolk offers many places of interest to visit, including the National Trust’s Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall, both enjoying wonderful woodland areas for walks and picnics, along with the Norfolk Shire Horse Centre, Amazona Zoo and the Hilltop Outdoor Adventure Centre. Take a nostalgic journey on a steam train at nearby Sheringham, or spend a day driving or cycling along North Norfolk’s beautiful coastline, stopping off to explore its salt marshes and nature reserves rich with birdlife.
