Accommodation

Outhouse Utility Room:
Before entering the property, opposite the front door is the utility room. A clever refurbishment of the original outhouse, to house the washing machine and sink.
Entrance Hall:
On entering the property through the front door, the entrance hall provides good space to remove coats and shoes before entering the house. The stairs lead up from the entrance hall with a lovely iron banister designed just for the house; and a door leads off to the sitting room.
Sitting Room:
Bright room with two seating areas, the main part of the room has two sofas, electric living flame gas fire and flat screen TV with DVD Player. To the rear of the room are two further armchairs, a second electric living flame fire and shelving with books and games. There is a CD player too.
Kitchen:
Modern spacious kitchen with integrated ceramic hob with extractor over. Eye level integrated double oven and grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a large range of fitted units form a well equipped kitchen.
Dining Conservatory:
Situated off the sitting room, the dining room is found in the conservatory to the rear of the cottage, the outside wall is made a feature with attractive paintings and a pendant lamp over the dining table. There are French doors opening on to the garden to the rear.
First Floor:
Please note, the staircase to the first floor is quite steep.
Bedroom 1:
Pretty room, double bed with iron bedstead, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and window the rear of the property.
Bedroom 2:
Another pretty room with double bed with iron bedstead, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers with mirror over, wardrobe and window to the rear of the property.
Single Bedroom:
Single bed with bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and window to the front of the property.
Family Bathroom:
Contemporary bathroom with bath and mains pressure shower over, sink unit and WC.
Outside:
There garden to the rear of the property is a real feature, there is a patio and a decked area surrounded by mature planting, there is even a palm tree. A filled pond featuring shrubs and flowers is central to the garden area with the table and chairs on a raised deck platform and there is an attractive tented, covered bench in one corner – a very attractive garden. Please note that whilst the garden is enclosed, if you have a pet or child that likes to escape, it is not completely secure.
Parking:
You may load and unload in the Loke. Parking is roadside or in the pay and display car parks close by at the top of the road. Weekly season tickets are available in the Tourist Information Office or at www.visitnorthnorfolk.co.uk and these are valid in many car parks in the North Norfolk District Council area too.
