Guests say

Seacroft offers a comfortable stay with commendable cleanliness and a fantastic location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches and the on-site facilities, including a clubhouse with quality food. The property is well-suited for both walking into Cromer and using the convenient bus service.

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding the cottage immaculate while others encountered issues that were resolved after complaints. The cleaning team has been praised, but there is room for improvement in ensuring consistency.

The location is highly praised for being central and convenient for exploring the surrounding areas, with a bus service right out front and within walking distance to Cromer town.

The property is generally considered comfortable, though there is a mention of an uncomfortable and small bed. The lodge is described as cozy, suggesting a comfortable experience overall.

Facilities are well-received with an on-site clubhouse offering quality food. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as a bath plug not working and a need for an additional toilet, indicating room for improvement.

Thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree in the lodge are appreciated, adding warmth and welcome to the stay. While such gestures are valued, it is noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every visit.

Another stay which we enjoyed the walks into Cromer easily. Bus service right out front to venture further afield. Nice and comfortable stay. Everything we needed. Thank you Seacroft!!

On arrival property looked a bit uncared for, steps to entrance needed a sweep and black plastic bag blowing about on top step to front door.Inside was worse, used towel on bedroom floor, toilet brush and holder disgusting.Floors needed cleaning, bedroom carpet marked.Plates with dried up food, oven remains of pizza, microwave not cleaned. Mugs, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, frying pans all had to be washed. After complaining a cleaner was sent and everything was put right with our help!!By 7 pm we were able to move in and have a much needed cup of tea.We did enjoy staying at the property and it's a lovely central position for exploring the north Norfolk coast and countryside, and we would book it again.Just needs to be monitored properly, that who ever is responsible for the cleanliness is doing a proper job.
