Guests say

Seacroft offers a comfortable stay with commendable cleanliness and a fantastic location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property and the thoughtful touches, such as a Christmas tree during festive stays. While some guests experienced initial cleanliness issues, these were addressed, and many would return for another stay.

Cleanliness scores vary, with some guests finding the property immaculate and others encountering issues. Complaints included unclean kitchenware and floors, but a cleaner addressed these when reported. The mixed feedback suggests room for improvement in consistency.

The location is highly praised for being central and ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. Its proximity to Cromer and the North Norfolk coast is a highlight for guests.

Comfort is generally well-received, with the property described as cosy and comfortable. However, there are remarks about an uncomfortable and small bed, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are adequate, with a well-equipped property and an on-site clubhouse that offers quality food. Suggestions for improvement include an additional toilet or shower due to the number of bedrooms.

Thoughtfulness is evident in the warm touches like a Christmas tree during a festive stay, which guests found welcoming. However, as gifts are not consistently mentioned, it is politely noted that such gestures are not guaranteed.
