What a shame, such a great location and potentially a great cottage. We were a party of five with two dogs - Seashells is more suited to a family with small children. The stairs take some getting used to and anyone over 5ft 9in will bang their head! The lounge is cosy, but the window (there is only one) doesn’t open. The kitchen just needs a deep clean, but everything is provided. The outside space is small but fine - again it just needs smartening up. Our biggest issue was the beds - they are tired and uncomfortable. Bathroom is fine, the shower is powerful, but again small issues such as the shower head holder is broken. If the owners just spent a few thousand pounds this would be a super cottage in a super location.

Lovely old character cottage right in the middle of Cromer, handy for everything. Good choice of food and pubs in walking distance, also the pier.
