Guests say

The Lookout in Cromer is praised for its excellent location and comfortable accommodation, with a well-equipped setup and a thoughtful welcome package. However, guests have noted that the cleanliness could be improved, and the parking is challenging due to a narrow access lane.

Several guests have reported that the property could benefit from a deep clean, with specific mentions of dust and unclean kitchenware, suggesting that cleanliness is below expectations.

The property's location is consistently lauded for being close to the town centre and beach, yet away from noise, making it an ideal spot for visitors looking to explore Cromer.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the apartment spacious, with a utility room that is appreciated for its convenience. However, some guests have mentioned wear and tear that could affect overall comfort.

The property is described as well-equipped, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as water damage and mould that suggest the need for attention to facilities.

The welcome package was highlighted as a lovely touch, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this should be considered a pleasant bonus rather than an expectation.

Property was as described great location, clean and tidy, only downside was the parking as listed very narrow lane, parking space to property very tight to acces when next door car parked and residents parking opposite not really suitable for a family car in the end had to park in meadow road car park.

A well equipped apartment, in need of a deep clean. Good location. Parking space extremely tight to get into. Location. We knew there were stairs to get up to the property but also 2 flights inside.

The Lookout is situated in a lovely part of the town. Close enough to the centre and beach but far enough away from the noise of the pubs and cafes. The parking space is small and down a very narrow alleyway and if you know Cromer well, you know how tight the alleyways are! The apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures, and well equipped. The utility/boot room was perfect for leaving sandy clothes in and having the bathroom next door stopped sand being brought into the rest of the apartment. The welcome package was a lovely touch and the information booklet covered everything you needed to know about the apartment plus there were plenty of leaflets on things to do in and around Cromer. There were plenty of clean towels, the beds were freshly made and very comfortable. My only issue was the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen. Definitely could do with a deep cleaning. Plates, glasses etc weren’t clean and there were crumbs on kitchen table and place mats. However the apartment is great and we would stay here again.
