Excellent situation for Cromer and the surrounding areas. The view from the living room is wonderful, and it's quiet. We were visited by fledgling starlings, who sat on the railing every late afternoon. Comfy chairs and sofa, the beds were also comfy. The fridge fits under the counter and is very small. We used the local buses for a few days, out to Holt for the Sunday market, and in to Norwich, where it dropped us right by the castle. Same time frame as using the train and the 15+ minute walk into town, but much cheaper.I deducted a star because of the noise at night. The bedrooms are opposite the arcades, which close a 10pm, but people seem to hover in the area and voices carry quite loudly. Also, the smart tv is in a bedroom and a very old freeview is in the living room. We re-tuned that 3 or 4 times as the programme would just lose a signal and channels would disappear. On arrival we were unsure which key box to use. For future visitors, there is a plaque on the left side of the front door, and the key box for The Nest is underneath it. This flat is on the top floor, so if you find stairs difficult this would be a bit of a climb as it is at the very top of the building.

Just returned from a lovely stay in Cromer. Apartment is right in the centre of town so easy to walk to all restaurants and shops. Pier and the beach is on your doorstep. Wonderful sea view from the living room which has very comfortable settee and chairs. Wish the TV was just a bit bigger. Bed was comfy lovely bedding and nice to have large towels. Lovely to be left a bottle of wine, milk and a pack of biscuits. Also Tea and coffee in the containers. If we visit Cromer, we will definitely stay at the apartment again. Thank you

Amazing location- the view of the sea and pier could only be beaten if you were able to turn into a seagull.
