Comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and 3 children, we all enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and games room. The on site restaurant was excellent, food service and value for money.

Very comfortable, 6 of us stayed and there was plenty of room and equipment. Site very well maintained. Lovely pool and would certainly recommend the restaurant on site.

The house is attractive and spacious for 4 or 5 people (would feel cramped with 7). It is clean and comfortable which is the most important thing. The beds are comfy and the balcony is fantastic, catching the sun from mid morning for the whole day (August). The kitchen is small and basic with essential appliances and general equipment. Supply your own washing up liquid, cloths, kitchen paper, tea and coffee. It was a little disappointing not to get a welcome basket, but perhaps that’s not to be expected from all cottages.com properties. The country club complex is good, really quiet considering it’s school holidays, and in a great setting next to the lighthouse with coastal walks heading north into town (1 mile) or south to Overstrand. We enjoyed the games room with badminton, table tennis and air hockey. We didn’t use the pool in the end. All round, a very good accommodation in a great location to see the sights of Norfolk.
