Had a lovely time in this well restored carriage .. lovely details , clean , decorated in a cosy cute style.. bed was comfortable.. with extra blankets provided if you needed.. all you need for a short stay, hot tub was nice and private in a corner towels where provided.. parking off road, extra fire wood at charge. Easy to find , location 5 min near pub/restaurant, super market less 10 min, Definitely recommend and love to return . Also nice touch was welcome basket 🙂.

Enjoyed our two-night stay at 'Just the ticket.' We were able to use the accommodation as our base.to explore North Norfolk and all that is ahs to offer. Yes, it's quirky, but that's what makes it charming. The jacuzzi is an added bonus.It is close to a road, so don't expect complete silence.We needed a fire lighter to get the wood burner going, and a crack in a window pane needs addressing, but everything else was great. Welcome pack was much appreciated.

We had the most wonderful time away. We felt so welcomed and it was in pristine condition and everything felt so cosy and thoughtful. You are near a busy road but that didn't affect us at all and can barely hear the noise. Especially with the birds singing and cows in the background. We can't wait to rebook again.
