Enter this property to find a stylish lounge where you can relax and unwind, with two sofas and two armchairs providing enough seating for all guests in front of the open feature fire and enjoy the Smart TV/DVD. Head through from the lounge into the dining area, having French doors that lead to the garden the dining area is a great place to gather together for breakfast, lunch, or an evening meal, with the bonus of a wood burner which will add some ambience to any dining occasion. The kitchen is well-equipped providing the chef amongst you with everything you will need to prepare a hearty meal, with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A utility area houses a washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a shower room, with a large walk-in shower and WC. The stairs are off from the dining room, so head on up to the first floor where you will find the master king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, both with ample storage space for your clothes and belongings. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and WC. Heading up the staircase to the second floor, there is a choice of two single bedrooms, again with storage space for clothes and personal items.
The garden at this property is very generous, given its central town location. There is garden furniture on the patio, so guests can light the BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco. Parking for one small car is available to the front of the property alternatively there is parking on Cromer Road or further pay and display parking can be found in the nearby public car park (both are subject to availability).
