Silver Birches is a spacious and sophisticated modern mews style house situated on a select development on the edge of the town centre of the beautiful Georgian town of Holt. Exquisitely presented with stylish interiors, this luxury hideaway is within walking distance of the many restaurants, delis, cafes and shops of Holt, as well as being a mere 10-minute drive from the north Norfolk coastline.
Located on the King's Meadow development; an exclusive collection of traditionally styled properties, Silver Birches is a superb and spacious three storey, end terrace mews house that has been thoughtfully curated and equipped to a very high standard. Forming part of an attractive crescent of properties that overlook a well-maintained open green to the front, the house benefits from a peaceful, relaxing environment, as well as an enclosed private landscaped garden and off-road parking for two cars. Naturally the house has full central heating, double glazing and great insulation so you will always be cosy whatever the time of year.
The ground floor comprises of an inviting sitting room featuring a large L-shaped sofa to sink into while you watch your favourites on a Smart television and DVD player. The adjoining south facing dining kitchen boasts french doors that lead out to a pretty courtyard garden - just the place to spend a peaceful afternoon, or to enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. The charming kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to create a delicious feast made using the irresistible local produce available from the nearby shops. And, if you prefer to eat out, you are rather spoilt for choice with so many fabulous places to eat, both in Holt and the nearby villages.
Upstairs on the first floor, two of the three bedrooms are presented. Bedroom two hosts a super-king bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room, with twin single beds offered in bedroom three. Lovely house, very warm and cosy in the very cold weather! Everything we needed was here. The bed was REALLY comfy! We went for long walks around Wells, Blickling, Felbrigg, Holt â all lovely even in the cold! Hope to return, thank you.

Silver Birches was amazingly we loved it very quiet comfy beds it had everything so beautifully decorated with lovely touches of Norfolk with the photos garden was lovely enjoyed watching the bees so therapeutic a very central base for all the beaches etc we had the best holiday thank you so much!
