The Middle House features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a lovely bright sitting room at the rear with french doors leading out to the well landscaped garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a study arranged off the landing. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, for those who like to unwind with a hot soak after a long day exploring. On the second floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower. The enclosed garden is laid to patio and lawn and perfect for a morning coffee and to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months. At the front there are two parking spaces, with additional roadside parking, and bikes can be stored in a walkway at the rear.
The Georgian town of Holt offers charming upmarket shops and eateries, and is easily accessible to the coast and wider countryside. With National Trust properties on your doorstep, the gorgeous Poppy Line Stream Train, heathlands and beaches in easy reach, The Middle House makes a comfortable base for a group of friends or family exploring the area.

We have had a lovely week in Norfolk, with our close family in the really nice house we booked from your agency. Visited various places Iâd been to before with my parents (who lived in Hunstanton for nearly 30 years). Places like Wells-next-the Sea, Blakeney, Blickling Hall --all brought back good memories. Larnerâs food dept is wonderful and we bought a delicious dressed Cromer crab. Hope to come back to Norfolk (and Holt).

This was our first time visiting this area and Holt was the perfect place for a base. The house is very comfortable and is part of a quiet, modern and well-kept estate. We only had a short stay of three nights, during a heatwave, so we were pleased to be able to open the doors into the garden and the windows around the property to keep us cool. Great to have a secure garden too for our dog.

We had a great week, such a comfortable and clean home very well equipped. We have enjoyed walking at Felbrigg & Blickling and visiting the many tea rooms in the area. Love Norfolk, we will revisit!
