Located on a private Edwardian terrace, the house has a great atmosphere. It is spacious and has plenty of room for you to relax and spread out over its various levels. The garden is a lovely feature of the property, with a modern design featuring an old rowboat that young pirates will enjoy. Sunny and warm, this space is the perfect spot for a BBQ.
This property for eight guests is split over three levels. Enter at the ground-floor level and find the sitting/dining room with plenty of comfortable seating, a window seat, a Smart TV, a DVD player, a Blu-ray Player, an Alexa Echo and an open fire. On cooler days, take a pew in the living room window seat, stoke up the fire and nestle in after a stroll in the coastal breeze; dogs will enjoy folding their paws here too. Archway and steps down to the kitchen with its electric range cooker, breakfast bar and a door to the garden. This enclosed space has shingle and paving, garden furniture, and gas and charcoal BBQs. Finishing this floor is a utility area with more white goods and a separate cloakroom with a WC. The first floor houses two bedrooms and both bathrooms. Both the rooms are king-size, with one of them boasting a small sofa too. You can choose from a bathroom and a shower room depending on your preference. The second floor comprises two more king-size beds, one of which has a single bed with a truckle bed underneath that can be made up upon request.
With a cliff-top promenade and gardens, an award-winning Blue Flag beach hugged by beach huts and one of the smallest maritime museums in the UK, Mundesley is a truly delightful coastal village. When the tide is out, the shallow waters and long, sandy beach, make this a play haven for young and old alike. There are plenty of pit stops for coffee and cake, good local shops for everyday needs and The Ship Inn has an increasingly growing reputation – you will need to book! Venture further afield for play barns, the Amazona Zoo at Cromer (7.5 miles), the National Trusts’ Felbrigg and Blickling Halls (10 miles and 13 miles) and railway buffs can choose from the steam line from Sheringham (12 miles) to elegant Holt (17.5 miles) or the small gauge Bure Valley Railway to the Broads National Park. There is plenty to do here and a visit to the east of the county will not disappoint.
