We found the property very relaxing & the location was very good, the grand children really appreciated the garden. Of all the places we visited Holt was lovely. Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens was also really nice, great day out for the family.

Lovely holiday cottage set in a really quiet village, it was worth getting up early to spot the wildlife visiting the garden! The cottage was well equipped, just could have done with some pegs and a hook for the washing line and a dustpan and brush. A bread knife and some extra baking trays in the kitchen would have made life easier! A chair by the door to put on and remove shoes for guests with a little less mobility would have been handy too!An additional key would have helped for 2 families staying together and not returning at the same time.Would definitely think about booking again if we are ever in the area!

Lovely large and relaxing house in a quiet location. Very large garden with birds and rabbits to entertain you whilst sitting at the outdoor table or in the conservatory. We were a couple so plenty of room, but would be ideal for large family too. Comfortable bed and sofas and plenty of storage space in kitchen. Pub within 5mins walk serves good homemade food, and good selection of beers very friendly. Great location for several good farm shops, and towns - Cromer, Holt, Mundesley etc. Excellent farmers market first Sunday in month. Thank you Oliver for a lovely stay.
