This delightful, three-storey, Victorian mid-terrace property has been completely renovated to provide spacious and stylish accommodation, an ideal choice at any time of year. There is a great, contemporary kitchen with a breakfast area and a spacious living/dining room which is great for entertaining. It has four bedrooms in total; three bedrooms on the first floor comprising two kingsize rooms, one of which boasts en-suite facilities, and a twin room, together with the family bathroom. On the second floor is a bedroom designed with four single beds, a great space to ‘hang out’ with toys, books, DVDs and games, plus a PlayStation 3 ,and a Playstation 4 (both with 4 controllers and a selection of games) and a 43" Freeview TV.
The property is located in the coastal village of Bacton just 200 yards away from a sandy beach. Popular Bacton Wood is close by for walking, cycling, picnics and bird watching. Great family days out include the outdoor adventure park Bewilderwood at Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, Pettits Animal Park at Reedham and Banham Zoo. Cromer and Sheringham are 12 miles away for traditional seaside attractions, or visit Wroxham, known as the ‘capital of the Broads’, 12 miles away, where you can hire a day boat and explore the waterways. There is also a train station, model village, waterside restaurants, cafés and shops available.
For the gardener, a visit to the 32 acres of garden at the Old Vicarage Gardens at East Ruston is a must. Golfers will enjoy Mundesley and the Royal Cromer golf course. National Trust properties nearby include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Horsey Wind Pump. Visit Horsey Beach between December and February, and you may spot hundreds of grey seals and pups on the beach. Alternatively, visit the historical city of Norwich, with its cathedral, theatres, museums, cobbled streets and an array of shops and cafés. Sea fishing is available nearby. Beach 200 yards. Shop and restaurant 350 yards, pub 1 mile.

The is by far the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. We are 3 families with 3 children and a dog and Samphire was perfect for us so much so we have already booked to go back next year!The house is huge inside and they really have thought of everything you need on holiday. There are plenty of kitchen items like cups, glasses, pans etc and they have even thought of plastic glasses to take outside or to the beach! The off-road parking is ample (we had 3 large cars that fit with ease and you could easily have fit another one). They also provide beach/garden games for the children and the upstairs loft bedroom where the children stayed had gaming consoles and lots of toys which they loved. This property is also really dog friendly as they provide blankets for the sofas/beds, dog treats, bowls and even a bed for the dog. Bacton is lovely and quiet and is literally a 2 mins walk to the beach! They even have an off road ice cream van that visits the beach. There is a corner shop and takeaway van a couple or mins down the road outside the caravan park as well as a Chinese and fish and chip shop as well and a dog friendly cafe further along the road selling delicious food, cakes and drinks. It’s also a great base to visit Norfolk as we hired a boat to go on the broads one day and Cromer is only 30 mins drive away as well as many pretty villages nearby.Would definitely recommend.

Cash seems to rule in the area. Chinese, Kebab shop fish and chips.As a non dog lover the property was clearly geared up for dogs but very clean and tidy.

The cottage was ideal in a number of ways for our family of nine. It was ideal for the beach barely a five minutes walk, well equipped and very comfortable, great garden for eating outside and children playing and little extras which were above and beyond i.e. a box of buckets and spades. We loved the peacefulness of Bacton, magnificent beach and perfect location to travel.
