With accommodation arranged across the first and second floors, Seasands is perfect for a family holiday with the seaside town of Sheringham on the doorstep. With its sandy beach and promenade, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Sheringham also offers a swimming pool, cliff top golf course, National Trust Sheringham Park and is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway where trips can be taken to neighbouring villages and towns.
The town centre offers an array of shops, cafés and restaurants, and is a host to regular market days. The neighbouring seaside town of Cromer, 5 miles, also has a beach, promenade and pier. There is a good day out to be enjoyed at National Trust Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and the Muckleburgh Military Collection. Blakeney Quay is 10 miles away, and there is excellent shopping to be had at Norwich, 27 miles, with its cathedral, castle museum, theatre, two shopping centres, restaurants and cafés. Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads, is 25 miles away and offers daily boat hire and river trips, shops, riverside restaurants and cafés. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

I think Seasands is the best equipped and organised accommodation we have ever had. There were only the 2 of us but everything we needed was there ready to be used.

We could find no fault with Seasands. The location was perfect and we hardly needed to use the car. The provision of games and books was a good plan should the weather have been awful but luckily it was perfect. Everything for a family holiday had been thought about. We will hopefully return soon.

Pleasant stay in this comfortable, roomy and VERY CLEAN maisonette. Location was excellent, minutes from the town, and on site parking great to have in this area.Would have liked a bit more detail with the information supplied in the premises which was minimal, especially precise instructions regarding using the central heating and periods it was preset for. Being picky, I know, duvets very thick - problem not just here but idea that one size fits all! No visitor book - unusual. Think Cottages.com a bit neglectful, unusually, in not making it clear that this was a maisonette, not a whole house as the publicity photo implies. Quiet though and we would certainly not hesitate in going back.
