Located on the desirable, leafy, Georgian square called The Buttlands, stylish Casamaria is only a stone’s throw from two of Wells’s finest gastro pubs and all the amenities this bustling little seaside town has to offer.
A perfect detached pad for friends and families, the snug allows a group to splinter off from the main sitting room and the open-plan kitchen provides another lovely space to dine. There are four bedrooms (three with lovely, first-floor views of The Buttlands) and two bathrooms, one with a separate walk-in shower as well as a bath, and a sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, also overlooking the pretty, peaceful Georgian square.
Casamaria has easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. A five-minute walk and you are at Wells's historic quay, and from there it’s only a fifteen-minute walk to its stunning sandy beach, pinewood walks and rainbow beach huts.

The cottage was really nice, and I would stay again. It was cosy, warm and calming, and a great view. I do recommend this cottage and I absolutely love that it's so close to the beach.
