Set in the popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea, in a residential street, this detached bungalow is within easy walking distance of the picturesque quay and popular shopping area, with its artisan shops and cafés. This is the perfect holiday base to explore one of the most popular areas on the North Norfolk coast. Visit Blakeney, with its trips to see the seals, and for traditional seaside fun, there is bustling Hunstanton, with its wide sandy beach, traditional seaside amusements and Sealife Centre. Also on the doorstep are lots of National Trust properties and Holkham Hall, which holds many events throughout the year. The market town of Fakenham, with its horse racing, is also close by, as is Pensthore Nature Reserve. A little further afield is the seaside town of Cromer, with its famous pier, and the market town of Sheringham, along with numerous Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and opportunities for walks and birdwatching. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

We have stayed here three times which speaks for itself. It is spacious, clean and has good parking for one car. Very close to Wells and all the amenities. A small garden with table and chairs opens out from a large conservatory. A walk in shower and all on one level is a must for us. The bed was firm and comfy. As a couple we found it an excellent choice.

We enjoyed our week at Coastal Hideout. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable. Located centrally in Wells near the shops and the harbour. Lovely quiet location and easy parking in front of the cottage. We intend to book again next year. Thank you for the shortbread and wine.
