Please be aware, head height in this small area is restricted. As is usual for Norfolk properties of this age, the bathroom is located on the ground floor. With contemporary tiling, the French-style tub bath features a luxurious rain shower over.

Outside there is an ample lawned garden. Being fully enclosed, this is a safe space for supervised children and dogs to play.
