This semi-detached holiday home is in a quiet side road of similar homes, an easy walk from the picturesque harbour of this pretty fishing village and small working port, with wide beaches (Wells beach 1½ miles). It has lawned gardens and offers a good base for couples and small families exploring the wealth of beaches, bird reserves and the livelier resorts of North Norfolk. Sandringham 12 miles, and historic King’s Lynn and the Broads around 30 minutes drive. Shops 30 yards, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

The cottage had everything we needed good coop shop near nice independent shops in the town a short walk away and a good choice of restaurants

Lovely house on the edge of Wells-next-the-sea, so easy to walk into the town and visit the shops and restaurants. There is a co-op at the end of the road which is very handy. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our holiday. The beds are comfy and the shower is hot! Would definitely come here again.
