This semi-detached holiday home is in a quiet side road of similar homes, an easy walk from the picturesque harbour of this pretty fishing village and small working port, with wide beaches (Wells beach 1½ miles). It has lawned gardens and offers a good base for couples and small families exploring the wealth of beaches, bird reserves and the livelier resorts of North Norfolk. Sandringham 12 miles, and historic King’s Lynn and the Broads around 30 minutes drive. Shops 30 yards, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

Mallards is comfortable and clean with all you need for a self catering holiday; there is even a Co-op next door. It's a brilliant base for exploring the north Norfolk coast. Wells-next-the-Sea is a lovely little town with pubs, restaurants and lovely shops, and a very short walk from Mallards.

Mallards is in a fabulous location. Overall we spent a nice week there. Mallards is clean and comfortable. The furniture is of a good quality. However the 3 piece suite could do with a bit of a clean. It just needs a bit of tlc. If we were in the area, we would probably stay again if the few issues we encountered were rectified.
