You will find all mod cons including a Quooker hot tap, underfloor heating downstairs, two widescreen televisions with Freeview and a wood fired pizza oven in the garden for chilled outside dining.

Enter the cottage through the double entrance doors into a stylish, but welcoming, open-plan living area with adjoining kitchen. From the living area, wide stairs lead to the first floor where you will find two sumptuous double bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom has a freestanding bath within the bedroom, set up so that you can watch your favourite series on tv while you enjoy a soak. How fab is that? A further double bedroom, with en-suite wet room, is located in the garden annexe, adjacent to the main cottage. All rooms overlook a private, sunny landscaped garden, with a patio dining area and parking space for one car. As an additional bonus Maryland has a beach hut available for exclusive guest hire in the 'dog-free' zone of the wonderful Wells beach, for an additional £175 for the week.
