On entering Chestnuts a modern yet cosy open plan kitchen, dining area and living space greets you. The living space is perfect for gathering the family for delicious suppers or for hunkering down together to watch the latest blockbuster!

The living area offers a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, electric wood burner effect fire, TV and patio doors that open out to the deck. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, oven and grill, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and utensils! The dining area has seating for 4 people.

Straight down the hallway is the main bedroom featuring a king size bed with bedside tables, a drawer unit, mirror and vanity. The room also boasts an en-suite with shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 is a cosy single room with a bedside table and lamp, hanging rail and shelf.

The family bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, WC, storage space and hand basin.

Chestnuts has sufficient parking for 2-3 cars alongside a lovely enclosed garden, wrap around deck with outside furniture.

Up to 2 dogs are accepted.

The Village Square is approx a 5 minute walk.

Weybourne is a beautiful fishing village located on the coast road between Sheringham and Holt, near Cromer. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village is surrounded by arable fields, woodland and heathland, making it excellent for walking both coastal routes and in the countryside. There is also excellent road cycling along the coastal roads, as well as sea fishing, river trips to see the seals, a championship golf course and many other things to do locally. Weybourne sits centrally on the Sheringham-to-Holt Poppy Line, which is home to steam and vintage diesel trains and offers a ‘hop on hop off’ service between the towns throughout the summer. Visit Blue Flag beaches at Cromer and Sheringham, or go birdwatching at Blakeney and Wells.
