We had a great week at this comfortable spacious house in a good location to explore Norfolk.

Overall the house is lovely, well laid out & spacious but there were quite a few issues that need rectifying. The main gates don’t shut properly & had to be checked every time we used them. Lots of the decking is lifting & is a trip hazard. The consumer box is in a cupboard that can easily be reached by young children so should have a lock on it. Some of the paving outside the gym is broken & needs fixing. There was a leak under the sink that clearly existed prior to us arriving & we had to have someone round to fix it as it was leaking onto the kitchen floor. The front & back doors stopped working & we were locked out so someone had to come & fix them. It would be useful to have some sort of door on the utility room as the kitchen gets very hot when the tumble dryer is on. There is no airer or washing line for drying clothes in the summer so we had to use the tumble dryer lots. The doors in the gym can’t be used which means the kitchen doesn’t get any ventilation.

Very spacious Barn conversion with a lovely kitchen/diner with modern white goods and plenty of equipment provided.Gym was very good and the cinema room with the pool table was a hit. Outside was a trampoline, basketball and hot tub which the children loved. The welcome pack was appreciated on arrival. Heating was difficult to adjust and as the weather was cold we did find the barn chilly at times. Showering had to be staggered as the hot water wasn't on too long. We did enjoy our stay although a little cold.
