This spacious bungalow will delight all, offering sociable open plan living accommodation that is comfortably furnished throughout, also boasting air conditioning unit in the living room. Having two bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the living room The conservatory, having comfy furniture and doors opening onto the private enclosed decked garden, with seating, perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying a BBQ, or simply relaxing whilst listening to the waves break along the seashore. A small lawn at the front of the property has a garden bench, perfect spot to sit and enjoy wonderful sunsets or read a good book.
A short walk away is the quiet, long sandy beach and Walcott village, having two pubs both serving good food, shop, and renowned fish and chips. Traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, with pier, and Sheringham are both within 19 miles, also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Wroxham is 12 miles away and is known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, here you can enjoy daily boat hire, or join a cruise and watch the world drift by. Jump on the Bure Valley Railway and travel through the pretty Norfolk countryside to the bustling market town of Aylsham, where you can jump on and off at riverside village of Buxton, and Coltishall.
Bacton Wood is nearby and is ideal for cycling, picnic opportunities and great for long walks with miles of woodland trails to explore. Bird watching, golf and fishing all available locally. Further along the coastal route you will find Blakeney Quay, here you can enjoy a boat trip to see the seals (seasonal) and a popular spot to enjoy crabbing along the quay. Head east and you’ll discover Great Yarmouth’s golden mile and all the fun of the fair.
Other attractions in the area include Amazonia Zoo, Bewilderwood and Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and the medieval city of Norwich offers excellent shopping, two indoor shopping malls, a theatre, castle museum and plenty of eateries. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pubs and restaurants 500 yards.

Perfect bungalow on the Norfolk coast. Everything you could possible need for your break away. We took our bikes and cycled the beautiful quiet country lanes.

The house is comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location provided a good base from which to cycle, walk and visit the various National Trust and other houses around the area. It also provided easy access to Norwich, Cromer and Wells. The property has a secure bike store which was ideal for our two bikes.The owners were pleasant, friendly and helpful and provide a welcome pack of drinks and biscuits as well as a guide to the area, they communicated with us on arrival and departure to ensure everything was as expectedA fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and washing machine and tumble drier are all provided along with nice extras such as an Amazon fire stick in the tv and an Amazon echo smart speaker (you need to use your own Amazon login for these)A good secluded exterior deck area was provided for the sunny days and the beach was only a short walk away.We enjoyed a pleasant week in the cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for a base to tour the area or simply for a seaside break

The bungalow was clean and very comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The communication from the owner was excellent. He checked if we had arrived safely and did we have any questions. After we returned home he contacted me again asking if we were home safely and thanked us for leaving the bungalow clean and tidy.
