Wroxham, 13 miles, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, has many riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. The waterways are best explored by boat and are rich in bird life and wildlife. Daily river trips and boat hire available. Avid gardeners will enjoy The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton and National Trust Sheringham Park, and for keen golfers, the Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint. Other National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. The city of Norwich is just over 20 miles away and provides excellent shopping malls, market square, theatre, cinema complexes, museums and many pubs and restaurants. Me and my husband came for a family event and stayed six days. We brought my 88 year old Dad and we found the bungalow perfect for our needs. The beds and seating areas are very comfortable for a smaller space, dad could get himself around really easily. Everything you need is there. We would have liked a bit more washing liquid etc, had to but scourer and dishwasher tabs. It was nice to have a covered seating area, everything else was great! Thanks very much.Abby

Lovely bungalow , ideal for our needs. Helpful as wife on a rollator. Found everything we needed. No grab rails in shower so had to be present when wife had shower to help with balance. Had trouble getting hot water in bathroom and kitchen sinks but no major problem. Probably just us not knowing how to access. Hot shower fine though.Great location for trips out to Cromer, Sheringham, Wroxham and Norwich.Really enjoyed location and accessible bungalow. Major supermarkets only 10 mins away.Nice box of goodies on arrival appreciated
