Church barn studio is a lovely cottage. Quite a spacious living area. The owners are lovely, there if you need them & their dog Bluebell is so friendly. Surlingham is a quiet little village, there is a vineyard almost next door to the cottage, a lovely pub(The Ferry Inn) on the broad (that you can walk to), a local church, Ted Ellis nature reserve where we walked in the woods & spotted 3 deers, Yare Farm shop & Teles Cafe/Patisserie next door. Lots of places to visit within a half hour drive such as Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Great Yarmouth and Horning. We also visited Caister-on-Sea. It's a beautiful area & we would definitely return to see more of the Norfolk Broads.

Great break, very clean and comfortable , very nice location for a peaceful stay. Well located for exploring the area by car. Nice welcoming bottle of wine on arrival, Note:- wi-fi avaliable but not mentioned in booking advert.
