It has a contemporary open plan living area and is set over three floors. With waterside access from the garden, this is a haven for fishing enthusiasts. Should you wish to hire a day or picnic boat for some of your stay, it can be moored in the boat basin by the property.

Wroxham itself has daily boat hire and river trips to enjoy the expanse of waterways, as well as plenty of shops, waterside restaurants and cafés to enjoy. The train station, model village and Wroxham Barns craft centre are located on the edge of the village. For a car-free holiday, Wroxham is well-served by trains and buses. The city of Norwich with its cathedral, museums, theatre, cafés and shops, is just 8 miles away. Bewilderwood in Horning offers an outdoor treehouse adventure with zip wires, jungle bridges and marsh walks. The area is criss-crossed with numerous footpaths and cycling trails. For keen walkers, there is the 61-mile Weavers Way, a long distance footpath that winds through the best parts of the Broads, from Cromer to Great Yarmouth. Golf is available at Sprowston Hall, 6 miles away. Beach 12 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

    Had a great holiday and would go again. But needs a bit updating.

    Lovely place well situated great welcome gift only downside although very clean and decorated needs a refresh and update outside decking needs work and levelling out there are two levels outside French windows and decking offload from river making it awkward when carrying anything also anti slip wire isn't helpful caught toe of shoe threw me just had xray torn miscus in kneeApart from that lovely hol
