We have stayed in a number of these conversions, so new roughly what to expect. On arrival the view from the road was worrying, but once inside we found it well laid out and comfortable. We appreciate it is late in the season, but the property is showing a lot of wear and tiredness, flooring, kitchen plinths, etc. Being a loud snorer, I am often relegated to the single bed. The mattress on this single bed is well past its renewal date. The garden could do with a bit of a tidy, but our main concern was that it was fully enclosed and secure, which it was. The property is situated in the middle of farmland, so very peaceful and quiet but with easy access to the main roads and of course as with most of Norfolk, most places and people are friendly and dog friendly. We appreciate it is difficult to carry out maintainance during the season, but this property does need a bit of work done. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The location was fantastic it was quite and very beautiful, the barn and it’s garden needs a lot of TLC, the things it needs are garden needs landscaping, the barn needs new doors and windows, new shower, dishwasher, the large fridge freezer put into kitchen area instead of outside, the security cameras turned off when barn is occupied and a way to turn the security light off that is right in front of bedroom window, curtain rods attached, we would definitely book again if things got sorted
