the property was big another for the to of us the only problem we had was the headroom ,in the bed room my wife is only five foot tall but she had problems ducking her head when getting in to bed because of the sloping ,we still had a love time and the place was lovely

The apartment is cosy and warm. Great views across the field to the rear, many trees to the front so not too much to see. There are a couple of marinas that you drive past to and from the A149. The town is an easy 25 minute walk, two pubs, an Indian restaurant and 3 Chinese takeaways, plus a Tesco store with a fuel station attached. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. One thing to mention, which I have seen on previous reviews is the access road. As long as you are not in a hurry, it’s not a problem. Half of it is tarmac, but uneven, the other half is pretty much a farm track.

A very warm welcome from Peter and Anne, including home made cookies and milk in the fridge. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with everything we could need being provided, including hairdryer, fans etc.A very quiet rural location, with a very relaxing garden and conservatory. Lots of things to do in the area, and the hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. The coast at Happisburgh or Sea Palling is only a few minutes away, and the Broads are also close. A big Tescos’s five minutes away. When we booked, the description mentioned that a fridge is provided, but in fact there is also an under counter freezer as well. As mentioned, the approach road is unmade, but it is well maintained and presented no problems. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
