The market town of Stalham is situated at the northern end of the Broads and makes an ideal base for exploring with motor boats and canoes available for hire locally. The sandy coastline is just a short drive away; alternatively spend a day in the fine city of Norwich, with cathedrals, museums, theatres and an array of shops and cafes. A lovely warm welcome from the owners Peter and Anne, they had provided milk and some delicious muffins for when we arrived, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and all the equipment we needed if not more,Outstanding value for the money we paid, wouldn’t hesitate if we wanted to stay in the future.

We had a good time at Iris cottage our stay was comfortable. The owners Peter and Ann made us very welcome and there was homemade cake waiting for us on our arrival, we had a problem with our car while we were there and peters knowledge of the area and the garage he used and recommended, we phoned the garage and they were brilliant .
